Housekeeping

Rooms are serviced daily by our Wonderful and Friendly staff.  
In the case of a longer stay, 
bed linen & towels are changed by arrangement. 
Laundry service available on request for Guests staying from longer than 5 days.

Conferencing

Our conference venues cater for both corporate and private functions ranging from seminars and conferences seats from 10 to 40 delegates.

Venue Hire

We also cater for private functions such as birthday celebrations, high tea’s, kitchen tea’s, baby showers, small intimate weddings and corporate luncheons.

Pet-Friendly

We know it is difficult to leave your beloved pet at home. We are a pet-friendly establishment for those who wish to bring along a pet. 
Please Note: Only Small / Medium Sized Pets. Please make the prior arrangements.

Parking

Limited off-the-street parking is available. Off-Street Parking works on first come first serve basis. 
Alternatively, please make prior parking arrangements should you have bulky and valuable goods / equipment in your vehicle. 

Security & Safety

The guesthouse is suitable for business travellers, tourists and people visiting family in the area. Particular care has been taken to ensure the safety of guests. All three establishments is equipped with an CCTV monitoring system. It is also linked to a 24-hour rapid response from our Security Reaction Service Provider.

​Whether you're here for relaxation or an energizing escape, our health and fitness facilities are designed to rejuvenate your body and mind. We also have a infra-red sauna in the gym area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

  • less than 7 days from date of arrival, forfeit the full amount

  • from 7 to 14 days from date of arrival, forfeit 75% of the full amount

  • from 14 to 21 days from date of arrival, forfeit 50% of the full amount

  • from 21 to 28 days from date of arrival, forfeit 25% of the full amount

  • No extra guests are to sleep over unless prior arrangements have been made with management. Extra guests will be charged accordingly.

  • All of our suites are non-smoking areas.

  • No noise will be tolerated after 21h30 - please consider other guests and neighbours when departing the guesthouse premises.

  • Should friends be visiting resident guests, the friends must leave the guesthouse premises at the latest by 21h00.

  • Pool and braai areas are for the exclusive use of the resident guests.

  • EFT’s / Telephone Banking are the preferred methods of payment. Credit card facilities are available.

  • While every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions, the owners and management of this establishment and their agents are not responsible for any damage, injury or loss sustained whatsoever.

  • The balance owing, and all other charges incurred during your stay are to be settled on the day BEFORE departure.

  • Please note that we deem you to have accepted our Terms and Conditions once we receive your deposit.
